Payment policy

Delivery policy
- We ship pan-India using trusted courier partners. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Refund policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
- Items eligible for return must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns due to change of mind are not accepted on desk toys, character collectibles, or limited edition products.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
